Place kohlrabi in a hot pan with 1 Tbsp melted butter and sauté, stirring often.
When kohlrabi is showing some brown caramelization, you can add salt to taste, grated nutmeg, and 1 tsp sugar, if the kohlrabi is not sweet enough. The sugar will also caramelize on the kohlrabi.
Kohlrabi is done when still slightly al dente.
Serves 2-4 as a side dish.
