Prep Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 2 fresh mangos
- 1/2 lime
- 1 - 2 bananas
- 1 50 ml bottle of Amarula liqueur
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 T. vanilla sugar or non-caloric sweetener for whipped cream
- 4 T. shredded coconut
- Grated chocolate
Preparation:
Peel and cut mango into cubes (step by step photos here). Sprinkle lime juice over mango cubes.
Arrange mango in dessert glasses. Slice banana directly into dessert glasses (keeps it from becoming mushy). Pour Amarula liqueur over fruit.
Whip fresh cream until stiff, adding sugar or sweetener as you like it. Place two to four tablespoons whipped cream on every dessert. You will have whipped cream left over, but it's difficult to whip just a half a cup.
Sprinkle dessert cups with shredded coconut and decorate with grated chocolate. You may refrigerate before serving, but do not refrigerate more than one or two hours.
