Looking at these pictures of bread is like eating potato chips. You can’t stop with one or two! I’ve been on low-carb diets forever, but these pictures and recipes, along with not having to knead, are enough to make me forsake my diet forever.

I have never baked bread because I am slightly OCD and don’t like to get my hands messy (I don’t make meatloaf either) but I would be willing to try a no-knead bread! My family would love it, I know.
