For Your Next Christmas Party

Tiramisu-like Christmas dessert

These four magical weeks leading up to Christmas are best spent in Germany or in a German frame-of-mind. The Germans, perpetually seen as cold and unloving people, have friends over constantly during this season and go to concerts, set up a Christmas tree and do the whole Christmas deko-thing (decorating) extremely well.

In addition to the traditional food and drink, Germans are very inventive with their supper parties. An example of this is a take-off of tiramisu, an Italian dessert so admired in Germany that many people think the recipe is from the north!.
