So Many Great Gingerbread Ideas!

Our recipe exchange is so much fun! Here is proof that food creates culture.

Barbara Rolek, About.com’s Eastern European Food guide, suggests a gingerbread and saying that the aroma is unmistakable. When ginger, molasses, cinnamon, brown sugar and flour are combined in just the right proportions and baked, they give up a perfume so characteristic, even a culinary neophyte walking blindfolded into a kitchen could identify it as gingerbread.
