Gingerbread for a Snack
There are so many styles of gingerbread from every country, it's hard to keep them all straight. Crispy cookies, soft cookies, houses, crepes and cake, there's a recipe for just about everything. Here I start out with a whole wheat, no refined sugar recipe to get you off to a good start in this upcoming holiday season. It's a very flavorful cake that lends itself to snack time or dessert.
